Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and any reference to a gender includes all genders.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between 399bde and each Player regarding use of the Platform. They take precedence over any prior representations, whether oral or written, made by 399bde or its representatives. Individual game rules, bonus promotion terms, and the Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference and should be read alongside these Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to and use of 399bde is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you satisfy every one of the following conditions:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. 399bde enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any Player who is discovered to be under 18 at any point — including after registration — will have their account immediately and permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and all winnings voided. We cooperate with payment partners and may refer cases of underage gaming to relevant authorities.
• Residency: You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of gameplay. 399bde is designed for the Bangladeshi market. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
• Legal capacity: You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who lack legal capacity due to age, mental incapacity, or any other reason recognised by law may not register.
• Single account: You do not already hold an existing active or suspended account on 399bde. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Own benefit: You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party. Registering or wagering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Not a politically exposed person (PEP) or sanctioned individual: You are not subject to international financial sanctions or included on any government or inter-governmental body's list of prohibited individuals.

Registration Process

To create a 399bde account, you must provide your mobile phone number (which will be verified via OTP), a unique username, a secure password, and your date of birth. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any withdrawable winnings.

399bde reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This discretion may be exercised where the platform reasonably suspects fraud, attempted multi-accounting, or any other activity inconsistent with these Terms.

Account Obligations & Security

As a registered Player, you assume full responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not that activity was carried out by you personally. This responsibility extends to unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Credential confidentiality: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members, friends, or support agents. 399bde will never request your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel.
• Immediate reporting: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your mobile number or email address has been compromised, you must notify 399bde support at [email protected] immediately. We will suspend the account pending investigation.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): 399bde strongly recommends enabling 2FA via SMS OTP on your account. While 2FA is optional, Players who do not enable it accept a higher residual risk of unauthorised access. 399bde cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to enable available security features.
• Accurate account information: You must keep your account information — including your mobile number, email address, and payment method details — current and accurate. Outdated contact information may delay support responses, KYC verification, and withdrawal processing.
• Device security: You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access 399bde is free from malware, keyloggers, and unauthorised access by third parties. 399bde accepts no liability for account compromise arising from insecure personal devices.
• No account transfer: Your 399bde account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance within it to another person. Any attempted transfer voids the account immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 399bde are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 399bde does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is the responsibility of the Player and 399bde accepts no liability for any conversion losses or fees applied by third-party financial institutions.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no stated maximum single deposit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically settle within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• 399bde does not charge Players a platform fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, for which 399bde is not responsible.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' bKash or Nagad wallets — are prohibited. Funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated pending investigation.
• 399bde reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are stated per payment method in the cashier section of your account.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is confirmed. KYC requires a valid national ID or passport and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed around the clock. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. 399bde reserves the right to use an alternative verified method if the original method is unavailable.
• If a withdrawal request is declined — for example due to failed KYC, suspected fraud, or a pending bonus wagering requirement — 399bde will notify the Player via their registered contact details within 24 hours and specify the reason.
• 399bde reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on any withdrawal at its discretion. Such checks are conducted to protect both the Player and the integrity of the platform.

Bonuses & Promotions

399bde operates an active promotions calendar that includes a Welcome Bonus for new players, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Every promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• One welcome bonus per Player: The Welcome Bonus (100% match up to ৳20,000) is available once to each new Player upon making their first qualifying deposit. It cannot be claimed more than once, regardless of how many accounts a Player attempts to register. Multi-account attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will result in all accounts and all bonuses being voided.
• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the specific promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games on 399bde contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the individual promotion terms. Wagers on games with zero contribution do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, winnings generated from bonus credits are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of 5x the bonus amount. Winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the account at the point of withdrawal.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire after 30 days from the date of bonus credit to the account, unless a specific promotion states a shorter or longer period. Expired bonuses are removed automatically.
• Bonus abuse: 399bde uses automated systems and manual review processes to identify bonus abuse. Abuse includes — but is not limited to — exploiting promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, wagering on outcomes with near-certain results to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to share bonus claims. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
• Promotional changes: 399bde reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players will not be compensated for discontinued promotions unless a specific commitment to that effect was made at the time of the Player's qualifying action.

Betting & Gaming Rules

399bde offers a range of gaming and betting products including live casino games, online slots, the Mines fast game, and a sports betting sportsbook covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply across all products. Individual Game Rules (accessible within each game's interface) supplement these general rules.

General Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Players cannot cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — stake amount, selection, market — before confirming.
• All casino games on 399bde use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in professionally managed studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. 399bde does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection from a live dealer feed or a software crash — all bets placed during the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. 399bde's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed. 399bde reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• 399bde reserves the right to void any bet — including a winning bet — where there is clear evidence that the outcome of the game or event was known before the bet was placed (e.g., in the case of corrupted odds, data feed errors, or obvious software glitches displaying incorrect game states).

Sports Betting Rules

• All sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets — are subject to the specific market rules displayed in the sportsbook interface. Where these Terms and market-specific rules conflict, market-specific rules take precedence.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. 399bde accepts no liability for bets placed on momentarily incorrect odds caused by data feed latency. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided at 399bde's discretion.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, settlement rules will be applied as per the specific market rules for that event. Generally, if fewer than the specified minimum overs in a cricket match are completed, the market will be voided.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are settled on the basis of all selections being correct. If one selection in a parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining selections at reduced odds.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

399bde is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Online gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of adult entertainment. It must never be used as a means of generating income, escaping personal difficulties, or relieving financial pressure. By using 399bde, you agree to the following responsible gaming obligations and acknowledge the tools made available to you.

• 18+ age restriction: You confirm you are 18 years of age or older. This is a legal and non-negotiable requirement. 399bde cooperates with efforts to prevent underage gambling and will suspend any account where there is a reasonable suspicion of underage access pending age verification.
• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via the account settings dashboard. Increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour reflection period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time alerts: You may configure in-session time notifications to remind you of how long you have been playing during a single session. These alerts are designed to help maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, betting and deposit functionality is suspended. Your account balance remains intact and the account will reactivate automatically at the end of the cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a formal self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to 399bde support at [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed before its minimum duration has elapsed. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During self-exclusion, you may not circumvent the restriction by registering a new account.
• Seeking help: If you believe that your gambling is causing harm to yourself or those around you, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team, which can help you activate any of the above tools. External support organisations offering confidential guidance on problem gambling are available in Bangladesh for those who need them.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 399bde. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance (including real-money balance), voiding of all pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of their account. 399bde reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies where applicable under the laws of Bangladesh.

1. Registering multiple accounts — including accounts using different names, mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent a suspension or self-exclusion.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with 399bde, including a false date of birth or forged identity documents.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other program to interact with 399bde's platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over 399bde.
4. Collusion with other Players — including coordinating bets, sharing game state information in real time, or any other arrangement that manipulates game outcomes or exploits live casino table dynamics.
5. Bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk, coordinated bonus sharing across multiple accounts, or any other scheme to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
6. Money laundering — using 399bde's platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the primary purpose of concealing the illicit origin of those funds. All suspicious financial activity will be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh.
7. Chargebacks and payment fraud — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving gaming services, depositing using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or exploiting payment provider error states to generate fraudulent balance credits.
8. Exploitation of software errors — knowingly taking advantage of any software bug, misconfigured odds, or technical error on the platform to generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible. Such winnings are void and recoverable by 399bde regardless of whether they have been withdrawn.
9. Accessing 399bde on behalf of another person — operating an account in another person's name, placing bets for a third party, or facilitating access to 399bde for anyone who is subject to a self-exclusion or account ban.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 399bde platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, data, and software — is the property of 399bde or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 399bde platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
• Game content (visual assets, audio, mechanics, and software) provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. 399bde operates under licence agreements with each provider.
• Screen recording, streaming, or broadcasting of 399bde gameplay for commercial purposes — including monetised streaming on third-party platforms — is not permitted without prior written authorisation from 399bde. Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay clips is permitted provided it does not include any personally identifiable information belonging to other Players.
• You must not use the 399bde brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our prior written consent. This prohibition extends to social media profiles, websites, applications, and any other digital or physical media.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 399bde regarding the platform may be used by us freely without any obligation to compensate you or attribute the idea to you.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

399bde provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous, error-free availability at all times. The following limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

• No guarantee of continuous availability: 399bde may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party payment provider outages, or Force Majeure events. We will endeavour to notify Players of planned downtime in advance. 399bde accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from platform unavailability.
• No liability for internet connectivity: 399bde is not responsible for connection interruptions, latency, packet loss, or any other network issue arising from your internet service provider or your personal device. If a connection failure occurs mid-game, standard disconnection rules (as described in Section 6) will apply.
• Gaming losses: By their nature, casino games and sports betting involve financial risk. 399bde does not accept liability for any gaming losses incurred by Players. It is each Player's responsibility to wager only funds they can afford to lose.
• Accuracy of information: While 399bde takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of sports data, live odds, and game information displayed on the platform, real-time data is supplied by third-party providers and may occasionally be subject to latency or error. In the event of a confirmed data error, the affected market may be voided as described in Section 6.
• Maximum aggregate liability: To the extent permitted by applicable Bangladesh law, 399bde's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Indirect and consequential losses: 399bde shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from use of or inability to use the platform, even if 399bde has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Third-party services: 399bde is not liable for the conduct, availability, or terms of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank) or game content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). Disputes with these parties must be directed to the relevant provider.

Account Suspension & Closure

399bde reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time. The following sets out the circumstances in which account action may be taken, the process that will be followed, and your rights as a Player.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to Prohibited Conduct (Section 8).
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other unlawful activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion previously registered with 399bde.
• Account inactivity — if an account has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months, it will be classified as dormant. 399bde will attempt to notify the Player via their registered contact details before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
• At 399bde's sole discretion, where we determine that maintaining the account is inconsistent with our commitment to safe, responsible gaming or the integrity of our platform.

Process & Player Rights

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 399bde will notify the Player via their registered email or mobile number within 24 hours. The real-money balance will be preserved during the investigation period unless fraud is confirmed.
• Where an account is permanently closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, all balances — including real-money balances — may be forfeited as a consequence of the breach. Forfeiture of real-money balances will only occur where the balance is directly linked to the prohibited conduct (e.g., funds derived from a fraudulent deposit or a multi-account bonus claim).
• Where an account is closed for any reason other than breach of these Terms (e.g., platform discretion, Player request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's most recently verified payment method within 10 business days of closure confirmation.
• Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any pending bonus credits will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Amendments to These Terms

399bde reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons, including changes to applicable law, updates to our product offering, adjustments to payment processing requirements, or improvements to our responsible gaming programme.

• Notification of changes: When material changes are made to these Terms, 399bde will notify registered Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. For minor, non-material changes (e.g., typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter rights or obligations), notification may not be provided.
• Acceptance of revised Terms: Continued use of the 399bde platform after the effective date of a revision constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform before the effective date and, if you wish, request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.
• Version history: The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed in the "Last Updated" bar at the top of this page. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions in their entirety.
• Governing language: These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the governing version in all cases. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience purposes is non-binding.

By using 399bde — including by logging in, depositing, placing a bet, or accessing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, as of the effective date shown above.
